We check out of Mexico and sail two days to El Salvador with our friends the Millers! El Salvador has a bar crossing and we arrived just in time to cross the sand bar during a 30 kt squall! Oh, and did I mention we were the first boats to cross the bar in over 3 weeks?! Fun times. Check it out!

Cruising La Cruz!! The kids had a blast in the sailing kids club by helping the ocean and sea life. They collected trash on the beach to make sailboats and kites to race, made sushi to raise money for whales, and we even saved sea turtles in Puerto Vallarta!

We meet two backpacking couples in La Paz, looking to crew on a sailboat to mainland Mexico. So we move the kids out of their cabins and invite them aboard. We had an amazing time with them in Balandra, Ensenada de los Muertos, Los Frailes, and 3 days across the sea to La Cruz. They were amazing with our kids and it was a great experience! We experience Carnaval in La Paz Mexico in a pretty unique way... The kids and Justin ride the float for Club Cruceros! The weekend was full of mermaid fist-bumps and paper hats on a fishing pole. We also try all sorts of Mexican street foods and show you around!
